Ride height is easily adjusted by a threaded 60mm spring retainer and lock nut that rotates around the shocks cylinder body. Shock dampening is adjustable from firm to hard at 10 different increments. This adjustment affects both shock compression and rebound stiffness.

Shock dampening is adjustable from firm to hard at 10 different increments, Spring rates I dont know how to check for sure but I have been told 8kg front & 6kg rear as standard. Overall firm ride for handling but still comfortable for ausssie roads. Please take me to school if you know how to check spring rates ?
