Turbo Exhaust Manifold Leaking

after i replaced the standard turbo with the highflow i broke a stud and ever since my car hasnt held 15psi too redline it would tail off to about 11psi iv pressure tested the intake system at 1 bar and no leaks... changed the w/gate to hks but however today i sprayed abit of soapy water on the corner of where the bolt is snapped and gave it a rev and it started bubbling so would this cause my boost tailing off? does the manifold on the exhaust get pressure

yes a leaky manifold will cause problems.

When you pull it off, replace ALL the studs at the same time.

Your bound to break a few more as well. Very common problem mate.
