As topic says intercooler piping keeps falling off i conect it back on then go for a short drive up and down the road and it falls off again can anyone please let me know why it might be coming off it only does it when it comes on boost.. i have owned the car for 4days now and it was fine untill now.

loose hose clamp/faulky clamp - fix = get good T clamps

incorrectly configure piping that doesnt allow for engine movement - FIX= re route piping ensuring enough flex through silicon hoses

nothing for clamp to hold onto - fix = having the pipe beaded at the end - or welding on tabs

i had the same problem got it fixed by getting a weld to run around the outside of the pipe then sitting the clamp to sit over the the other side of the weld witch would stop it slipping of and also help by useing quallity clamps..
