bnr#@
Hey. looking at getting some tein RS suspension for my r32 GTR as they have come up fairly cheap. Are these any good? The asking price is $750, they are obviously second hand. The car will be used on both road and track but setup leaning more towards track, ride comfort does not bother me. Advice? Roy
I know of a car using them, and several using the similar RA shocks. Std they are reasonable things, but the car i know that runs them has had them tweaked in the valving and spring department and they are about the most impressive shock i have been in. The thing is very nice on the street, and at the track its beautifully balanced looking at the in car vids and the lap times it does. So at their asking price i woudl grab them and get them rebuilt....if you dont PM me because i will buy them (Seriously!) Kaido_RR
Hey. looking at getting some tein RS suspension for my r32 GTR as they have come up fairly cheap. Are these any good? The asking price is $750, they are obviously second hand. The car will be used on both road and track but setup leaning more towards track, ride comfort does not bother me. Advice? Buy them and rebuild them I have a set of them in my r33 and they are unbelievably good they have separate Compression and Rebound Damping Force Adjustability; total of 256 different kinds of damping force settings (16 levels for compression x 16 levels for rebound) are available, by adding the systems both at base valve and piston rod. Use of specially shaped needle valve enables linear damping force adjustment at each and every 16 levels. Im running 10/10kg spring rate, which some people think are little excessive but i find it perfect i have yet to play around with the damper and rebound setting yet, as i have only had the car at a skid pad day and drift day and so far leaving the rebound and damper both of the softest setting works very good. when i get out for some timed races i have a go at playing around with the setting and see if it helps with my times. also atm im daily driving my r33 again, as im in the processes of upgrading my daily and the ride isn;t that bad at all (not as bumpy as you would think) Cheers Michael Edited February 18, 2008 by [Michael] Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/206065-tein-rs/#findComment-3654880 Share on other sites

bnr#@
i will sell you TEIN HA suspensionheight and camber adjustable Cheers but chasing something a bit more high spec. And camber is adjusted by the upper arm on GTR's so the coilovers that are made for them cant be camber adjustable...
