i would say your should expect to go over twice, they made me go over twice with my gtr even after i had done everything they had told me to on the first sticker.

just wondering about the permits, have hks foam filters and strut bar on my 33 gtr and when i got my yellow sticker it said to ''ïssue permits for modifications'', but the guy at the pits wasn't bothered and just didn't give. if i go get permit, can i get permits for the pod filters (do they just need to be secured) and do you need any engineers certificates for any other mods

the reason i ask is because i dont want them checking the car over and over for any other mods.

also my horn for my car didn't work, do you need one legally if your pulled over by the cops ie can they defect you on your horn not working?

Yes, you will need the horn to work. Filter needs to be secured, that's all, they will not give you permits for just a filter and strut brace as they are not required.
