Just been doing some research, Seems the Kakimoto Regu 06&r is only 60mm in diameter at it's smallest point.. therefore it's only really a 2" exhaust.

Also the availability of the HKS Silent Power to suit a R32 GTS-T is pretty low. Might be able to get one from Nengun or somewhere, but i don't really feel like waiting till next year to install it.

The Kakimoto N1 is great, but it's a full system and i already have the split dump and high-flow cat..

Does anyone know of a reasonably quiet, quality 3" cat back system to fit an R32 GTS-T?

huh!? don't justjaps have any for r32's?

Just Jap has the HKS Silent Power for 32 GTR / GTS-4 , but not GTS-T.

The trust pe2 seems to be very popular for the sound, just not sure about the granny driving volume.. Seems the collective vote is for kakimoto or trust, with some votes for hks.

just incase no ones mentioned it.

hks = 3"

kaki = 3.5

stick with the 3.5 if ur aiming upwards of 300+kw

Sorry but thats incorrect!

The HKS is WELL over 3", Some of the mesurements I took of the outer diameter of the pipes were, 3.5" for the 1st part of the catback which is from the end of the cat to the square flange which the 2nd part of the exhaust containing the muffler bolts to, and the 2nd part of the exhaust measured 102mm (if i can remember correctly) which im pretty sure is 4" (correct me if im wrong please lol).

These would be more than up to the job if you were making over 300rwkw!

(correct me if im wrong please lol).

i will, just because the outa diametre of the pipe is 100mm or watver dosnt mean the exhaust flows that much. my cat has a 5" body but is a 3.5" cat.

but here are the official sizes for both kaki and hks newai....

HKS = Nissan ER34 RB25DET Tail 120mm, Pipe Size 85mm (2 Door)

KAKI = Nissan - Skyline ER34 - Pipe 90 - Tail 150

:)

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
