Gtr Turbos

hey guys

i have garrett a/r60 m24 twin turbos and im not 100% sure of what they are. arte they a good turbo? ball bearing?? should i replace them or get the seal fixed as 1 leaks oil. could i get good power out of them? rebuild cost and where?

any answers or help would be great
