Hehehe well its definitely dodgy (like i said i was sceptical in the last line on first post).

I've been past two multinova's (with police blocking them due to strike action :P ) and no beeps / warnings

HOWEVER i did go into the local shell servo and my phone started beeping like crazying..... Odd

Does anyone know what the 5 0's actually do and what those 3 little computers mean.

ok its pretty obviouse that the phone thing doesnt work. or at least not always.

my question is: is there a radar detector on the market that works well and that the police cant detect?

ive heard stories of the police being able to detect the radar dectors.

my good friend is a cop and he say that most of the time dont believe every thing a cop says and there will never be a 100% radar detector never ill tell you 2 things 1: the best radar detector is look for on coming cars that flash there lights that is one off the cheapest radar detectors that is 100% next one wait for it...DONT SPEED

    • Hopefully it ends up being something manageable, like a hone, rather than a full bore—it would be a huge relief if it’s not as bad as it looks. Hang in there; these setbacks are annoying, but it sounds like you’re handling it as smartly as possible.

    • Thanks MBS206, i got that PDF but got abit overhelm with all the connections and tracing of wires. I wasn't expecting to plug the dash harness anywhere. i was just going to use my electronics jumper wires to plug into the right pins like ECU power, ecu ground, ignition trigger etc... I do have a few ratchet straps locking it down tight. Fire extinguisher ready and only a small amount of fuel at a time, enough to submerge the pump.
    • Thanks GTSBoy, i will do abit more digging. I am missing a blue relay near the ECU connector... so i will chase that up in the next few days as well
