Hey ppl,

I decided not to go ahead with my new turbo setup so I no longer need this wastegate...

These things are the BEST wastegate on th market at the moment!

This thing is brand spanking new, no box tho...

Price: $500 ono

Located on the Gold Coast, but free delivery to the buyer Australia wide... Pick up also available.

Details:

Synchronic Wastegate is a fundamentally different approach to wastegating. A line of modular wastegates is in development that will be the first to eliminate the use of a diaphragm. Since there will be no diaphragm/membrane, it will be more responsive to changes in boost pressure. It will also be the first pneumatically actuated wastegate that will have built in boost pressure adjustment at the actuator level without bleeding of pressure, which will produce mathematically rock solid boost levels. Another first will be the ability for the serious tuner to use different combinations of valve size and spring rates in order to match to the specific engine’s performance profile.

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
