APEXi Hand controller????? Opinion

I'm getting an APEXi FC for my skyline. Do I need to get the hand controller, is it only for expert tunner? Any advise on which to get APEXi FC or the APEXi Super AFC II?????

it is good for tuning, there are other options, but the best thing that is displays boost other important information. I cant say exactly but someone who had a power fc should give u some specifics. Good option to monitor things..graphs etc...If u have the money i would go for it.

if you can get it tuned at a workshop that has the controller and they setup everything for you how you want it. I see no purpose of getting it upless you want to fiddle with the settings..

Fuel maps

ignition timing maps

rev limiter

boost control (with optional module)

injector size calibration (for larger injectors)

and many other features

Thanks for explainning that.... I'm looking to get the car around 200KW@rear. Would you recommend to get APEXI SUPER AFC II?

The SAFC II you dont need the hand controller. It's only for the Power FC. for 200rwkw, I'd say get a Power FC, much more features than the SAFC which only control air and fuel.

I forgot to add:

I dont know too much about your car, but with an S15, to get 200 rwkw comfortabley you would need to change your injectors, fuel pump, regulator, etc. And when you do that, you will definitely have to retune your car to take the new mods and the right way to go is with the Power FC
