R33 Series 1 Front To Series 2 Front End Modification

Hey guys, banged up my series 1.5 r33 gtst, have to replace the front bar, bonnet and lights of a series 1 front.

If i change all these parts to a series 2 front, do i have to change anything else, like the side quarter panels etc?

Hey mate,

To do the conversion you will need:

Series 2:

headlights

bonnet

front bar

grill

reo

fog light wiring (if you want to use them)

Quarter panels are the same on a S1 and 2.

Reinforcement bar, it holds the front bar up and is considered a part of the crush zone.

Ah ok thanks, pretty much all of that was damaged anyway, are u aware of the costs of the series 1 parts to series 2 parts, since if i claim thru insurance i'll have to pay the difference between the parts.

If you want to go through with the fog lights you will need to get a series 2 indicator/light stalk and replace your one on the steering column
