Blitz Bov Not Working

Hey all....

Just writing to get some help off someone.... I have a Blitz ssq bov installed on car on intercooler piping and blocked off stock bov....... For some reason now i only get the compressor surge from the blocked stock bov and the blitz doesnt go off and go shhhh when i look at it and give it in neutral it only opens a little bit...... I loosened it but its still stiff...... Im thinking when i had oil in the cooler piping all the smoke/dust has gone into it and made it stiff...... does anyone know how i can get it all soft and working again..... I tried wd40 and it works for like 4 hours n then stops again...... wtffff

you will probably need to lube it with something more permanent like a silicon grease.
