What Boost Does A Standard R34 Run?

Yeh just wondering if anyone could tell me what boost does the R34 run stock from the factory(rb25 neo) and what it can be wound up to safetly with standard ecu, full exhaust and cooler and a tune??

Same as an r33 i think you'll find. 5psi low and 7psi high running off the standard boost solenoid. Max boost is debateable but a general rule is 10psi safe... anything after that it's a time bomb and be prepared to replace your turbo. I had mine set to 12psi thinking it was safe... went out on a cold night and took off up a hilly climb... it spiked and the exhaust wheel decided to leave the rest of the turbo behind.

Oh and if you're going to run more than 10psi anyway you should have at least a tuned piggyback computer otherwise the extra psi will do nothing but make the turbo work a lot harder and risk blowing it.

Pretty sure 7psi standard, you can't "tune" the standard ecu, you can wind up the boost if you have a after market intercooler + exhaust etc. You don't wanna go anything more than 1 bar.
