boostcruising is one of the worst forums i've seen full stop - 'hey i've got a VN V6 with paintjob chrome rims and a wicked stezza, only $10k!!!' type place.

I was thinking maybe an expansion of the FAQ section, it seems a bit of a shambles at the moment, with maybe a part of it devoted to commonly asked 'noobish' subjects.

Some of the information may be misguided, but its usually meant with good intentions, IMO if someone is simply going to reply with 'search', don't bother posting, you may as well make a wordfilter for it with some random image macro, because thats how much use saying that is.

anyway thats my attempt at contributing to this thread (in lieu of posting something original and witty like IBTL, :facepalm:, LOL internet etc)
