Yes but the clutch starts sliping on the dyno.

550 flywheel hp at 16psi. With rpm limit 8500.

We couldn't tune it more as the clutch cannot handle something more.

I haven't any graphs as I was very saddy because the next day was the race and I missed it.

When it starts to boost the mixture is low 13 to high 12.. then it drops to 10.5 and it climbs again at 11.0 at aroung 7k untill rev limit.

I know that it isn't something good but he stop the tunning as the clutch slipping.

Also at off boost "easy driving" is very bad.... 10.. 11.. 12..

Idle 12.5.

He will remap again when I will change the clutch but I would like to see a complete map from someone's car..

And maybe to run it and my tuner will try to adjust the ready map.

Ill mail you mine tonight, its off my old step still with the 750cc injectors, its drivability and power up to 1.7bar, just take note of the scaling though as mine is scaled to see 2.2bar as load point 20 not the 1.5 1.6 in the stock D-jetro scaling.

Stock D-Jetro at 20point see 1.5-1.6?

How can I scaled it to see 2.2bar mine too?

Tell me please your full setup. Or any link that you have wrote it?

Also what afr you had at idle? Cruising off boost? Full thottle?

What octane fuel you used?

If you take my map it will use my scaling automaticaly when you load it, not sure how high you plan to boost but I find these T04z's only come alive at 1.8bar+

I will email you my setup, its not far off what your running.

Idle 14.7, cruise 14.4-14.7, over 1bar I run mid to high 11's, over 1.5bar around 11.2-11.3.

I use regular 95 pump gas with water/meth injection so you will need to knock a lot of timing out of the 1bar+ area of the map as I run around 20deg even up over 1.5bar, if you dont youll melt your motor! so make sure your tunner knows this.

I dont take any responsibility for you running the map in your car.

    • Old Son, did you re-use the Holden ABS in the new shell or try a different module?
    • Yeah, nah. I had the actuator rod off it today. The arm will not move at all. Neither out, nor in. Yeah, you'd think so, but I've been thinking about that. Even when the actuator rod fell all the way off at the beginning of this saga, it would build more boost and faster in lower gears than it would in higher gears, and you'd think that that was the opposite of what should happen. But I strongly suspect that there is a thing with the gearing getting the revs to rise faster, that there must be some transient effect with the gas flow rate rising quickly, that you don't get with the more steady state case of the higher gears. Keep in mind - the gate is not shut in either of my weirdnesses. So things are not "normal". We normally think about a turbo spooling up (below the wastegate target) with the gate shut. I have all sorts of mental models running now where the gate is a little bit open, and having it stuck open allowing gas out while it should be going through the turbine has all sorts of weird effects (in these mental models). I'm thinking in the higher gears, the ex mani pressure builds to the point where enough gases spill out the wastegate to just prevent the pressure rising much more at all, or just creeping up, all the whole the revs are increasing and getting closer to the point where a gear shift becomes necessary.
    • Is it possibly wastegate actuator itself is sticking, or even the rod to flapper? Otherwise I reckon things are getting a bit rusty/worn   Also odd it won't boost in 3rd to 5th, but will in 1st, I'd expect the other way around with it slightly open as there's more time on your way to redline for it to spin up
    • Does anyone know ow what these two plugs are for and if they should be unplugged? Just put the dash back together and can't remember if these were plugged in before or unplugged! (Blue and white plugs) 🤦🏽‍♂️
    • Did some FASTing ...got the impression that the actual part# was a moot point ; seems all of these hardlines for coolant are discontinued/NLA... like, I take it you're after the hardline that bolts onto to the manifold...that's NLA according to amayama & nengun .... ...just to clear up some confusion, they typically mounted the AAC valve to the intake manifold somewhere near a coolant passage, so the body of the valve heats up & holds it open when engine's up to temp - no coolant flows through the valve, it's a mechanical, thermal connection.
