bought it at supercheap at a really good price and is pretty much all i can afford at the moment so just wanted to ask if it will suit my 1992 r32 gtst.

has anyone had any experiences with it? all good? problems?

I have been running it in my Stagea RS4T (series 2 RB25DET) for about a year including track days - no problems.

Ran it in mine during the winter months with no problems, though in summer I run 10w-60.
