Hey,

I have a R32gtst with an rb25det in it. Just put on a new greddy plenum and it doesnt clear the larger r32 master cylinder for clutch, so i replaced it with a rb25 one, as they are about 40mm shorter. Now it fits, and i couldnt get the master to bleed properly.. figured out that the problem was.. the slave cylinder push rod was too short. So i cut down a screw driver and ground it to the right shape and replaced it with a longer rod. Now im getting pedal feel.

Now the question is... Do the rb25 slave cylinders require less fluid to push the rod out, or do they have longer rods?? Im not sure if the gearbox has a rb25 or rb20 slave on it.. but apparently its a rb25 dog box. Tell you truth i wouldnt know as ive never drivin the car since owning it.

Any tips would be great. Im thinking of buying a rb25 slave from nismo? Im assuming the master being smaller, it must need less fluid for a 25 slave to be operated, and the small 25 master isnt creating enough pressure to operate the large 20 slave.

hope the makes sence.

thanks
