yeah i thought that all cars from factory had 1 front and 1 rear tow hook??

if its only 4kms mate then it shouldnt be too bad

but peak hour traffic would be harsh as

it does have a towhook, but its well up under the front bumper and i dont feel like removing a bumper just to tow it. I just organised a tip tow for $50, but thanks guys!

true but a car trailer cant be to expensive?

Last time i hired one i beleive it was about $100 clams + the deposit but i could be wrong....

All suburbs towing is located like 3 minutes from here, and ironically on the way to where the car has to go.

they said $55 so i reckon thats alright :(

Shit yes thats a good price i'd be jumping on board with that!

+1 for all suburbs towing

i had my car towed by all suburbs towing for 18kms

and it only cost me $66

where as another company quoted me $127

plus the driver was a champ and took great deal of care in loading and unloading the car

yeah, all suburbs towing are rad. they came out and towed my magna when i killed it in noarlunga in '07, took a great deal of care loading and unloading it, even though it was showing it a shit load of disrespect. from the middle of noarlunga to craigmore only cost 200 clams.

yeah they are very competitive in pricing and their drivers do seem to know what customer service is all about

i have used them plenty of times before and will be using them in the future

i remember when my rear left wheel came off

it took them 2 hours to load and another 2 hours to unlaod

and all while taking great care in nothing scrapes etc

    • Swapped the injectors around and the misfire followed. I went ahead and ordered the Deatschwerks 550cc injectors and am currently waiting for them to be ship and arrive. In the meantime, I've had my Nistune soldered to the ECU. Tested it, and and tried it out with the software. Everything should be prepared for when the injectors arrive.
    • Yeah they charge a little extra for mods , last year I noted no mods but I did have an exhaust fitted after that so  better to let them know cause these kinds of things can cause the policy to be void if you ever need to claim.
    • Hello, just just bought an 1999 enr34 with a stock rb25neo and I'm looking to upgrade the engine to 500whp I know some basic things but wondering if there are things I'll need to do to upgrade the stock block and all the bits and pieces to achieve this.
    • Thanks everyone for the replies and suggestions. Got the seats out (hoping I could find some existing grommets but no such luck). By tapping and measuring etc. I could figure out where I could drill through if needed. But first I borrowed an inspection camera and managed to go through factory holes in the chassis rail and could see that the captive nut was holding steady which is why it could retighten. So it was indeed a stripped section of thread, so I applied downforce by levering the bolt head with a screwdriver and went slowly back and forth until it came out. Camera helped a lot cos I could monitor that the captive nut was holding tight. Now I just have one very seized main subframe nut to tackle 😅
    • BOVs do have a purpose, if you ever log pressure before and after the throttle body, you will see a spike pre throttle on lift off from a WOT condition. Enough to bend throttle blades / damage e-throttle motors or simple assist in blowing off cooler pipes. FWIW, the above on really applies to those running at least 2 bar of boost. OP shouldn't have an issue, on the other hand, here are some videos of my shit box over a decade ago with some succulent dose with the airbox on and off. That shit box is unrecognisable these days 🫠
