Mother cans from the canteen are larger, cost more, and it just isn't the same ;)

yeah it blows, there is things i would rather do with my time, but such is life! At least i will still get icecream...just from the stones corner store not the chapel hill one!

Depends on context. Post entire email contents and I will comment :)

At this stage we could possibly acquire one, not facing the river for something around "The 700"s". I did some research and no 3 bedroom in XYZ Dr has sold under the $700,000 mark for quite some time now.

2 bedrooms, depending on condition and position have been achieving no less than 490,000 and as much as $650,000.

We can gingerly approach people so we don't get any owners dreaming up un-realistic price's, but when we had unit 19 for sale in there (2 bedroom - Sale price = $650,000), everyone else wanted top dollar at that point in time as well.

http://www.guardrolling.com.au/ that is the guy that I used to roll my guards. Not sure if he's any good with properly pumping guards. I would probably go see a panel beater if it needs to come out a fair bit.

Yeah I used that guy too but im not sure how far he can pump em . . . . Ill giv him a call

I has a hammer and pliers :)

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
