Big thanks to Ravi for letting me use his tools tonight!

And a big thanks to Dan for helping me ditch my valley cover!

All good mang :D Glad you got it sorted.

And everybody who didn't come tonight didn't get to see Colin's new Skyline!!

But here's a pic anyway:

Needs more RB

Don't the cameras have to point the same direction that the car is travelling though?

They can set em up however they want. Sometimes it depends on the road n shit how they set it up but they can get you going both ways, coming towards, going past etc.

needs more low :D

What you talking about its on its rails!

Neggo

Car gone?

11:20am, the sphincter of the universe no1. when the cat is away, i will get hammered before lunchtime...

Definately quote of the day

    • I'll get one of these also just for giggles
    • I bought 6 new spark plugs to compare readings. They will be here tomorrow and ill see if meter is far off if it all. I know one is at least reading 0 so its best replace all anyway if one is bad, from experience. I still have to test the harness just to be sure its not a double issue and I waste my time haha-the old plugs are iridium I always thought those lasted more than 50,000 km.
    • If you take the top half of the intake off you can unbolt the flap off the shaft and leave the shaft in there blocking the hole. Then you can remove the little vacuum canister off from under the manifold and get a spare vacuum line to run to the ECU. I can take some photos of it later. Probably best to get the vacuum source to the ECU sorted first though. Mine all worked mint with the base map from the GTT an I've pretty much let the closed loop sort the fueling and took 1 degree out of the whole timing map.
    • This IS something you also have to configure in Haltech (or at least I did in the past when going from onboard-to-ECU map sensor and an external MAP sensor in haltech land).
    • I'm hoping it's something as simple as the ECU is looking for an external MAP sensor, but he is trying to use the onboard MAP sensor.
