tint?

i need some help. is there any good tint places around brisbane? northside would be good. need an address and an idea how much it'll cost. wanting to tint both sides and back.

Mine cost $250 for a 3M tint one grade over the legal tint.

Don't go to Tint-A-Car, there a big rip off, they quoted me $400! "Mmm, thanks I'll get back to you" NOT.

what kinda tint was the 400 bucks? i called them and they said around 325 something for i think ash cool??? i cant remember.

where did u go? btw, wats the legal limit in brisbane?

legal limit is 35%, i got $240 from nexus, lifetime warranty etc, metallic tint (doesnt bubble and fade) good job they did!

hmm.. im looking at black tint. tint-a-car quoted me for 195 (the midnight rage one lol)... u guys think its ok? hav an apointment nxt monday.

Can't remember how much mine cost but I ended up getting the 3M carbon-black. Supposed to never fade, bubble etc etc. I am sure it was around $300 though.

check if the $195 tint has a lifetime warranty on it man, that sounds pretty cheap could be good u never know. oh thats not meant to be nexus, but NOVUS, theres one in gravatt/ nathan area but i got mine down the coast. the tint i got is really dark black, the bad thing is its quite dark from the inside as well!

i got mine done at Express Tinting in milton for $220, they quoted $240 to start, but i told them i had a better quote (which i did) and they matched it. Darkest legal, lifetime warranty, wont bubble or fade (apparently)

nismoman18, the 195 has a 5 yr warranty : what tint % did u get? legal limit is 35% isn't it? anything lower that would be really dark. how dark is yours? btw, is it the same % all around?

i got 20% cos 35% was just not dark enuff for me! its the same % all round, the last owner of my car had 5% on, i wish they left it on damn compliancing! maybe go to the one arkad suuggested that sounds like a good place. 5 year warranty means bubble and fade

nismoman.. ive seen 5% tint. a friend of mine had it on his car.. looks sweet!! but you have to roll the window down when your driving at night hehehe... im happy with my tint. they did i good job and the film they used actually looks quite dark...

arkad, where did u go? price quote? damn.. im up at the northside (carseldine area) and i dont wanna drive all the way to cbd just for tint. so bah.

ok.. thnx. anyway just got the car tinted.. and im happy with the results, except for one window, they didnt cut it properly.. so im b bringing it back to their shop tomorrow. thanks guys.

we put 5% on the van.

i got 20% on mine, i paid 175 at supercool 3m stuff, i know the bloke there. does all our cars, i give him head. (computer work)
