That is a good point you make, I just don't want to see the fans go away in this time when the sport needs all the financial backing it can get from both spectators and sponsors. I fear if they ban the team, the team could possibly lose sponsorship and have it threaten their existence..... we will wait and see....

True. F1 survives on its sponsorship. Regardless of the size and popularity of F1 it needs the money rolling in to sustain it. I can't even imagine what solutions the management of this will come up with. The economics would be huge ... perhaps simple fines rather than ban?

im not the biggest fan of hamilton but i feel bad for him being caught up in all of this (if he is indeed innocent), not the ideal start to a F1 career. if its a fine they place on em, it has to be somewhere that will actually penalize the team, not just be written off as expenses on the end of year budget

WOW Mclaren are not going to appeal the charges at the hearing on wednesday night....according to the Boss of Mclaren they will just take it on the chin and move on.....

previously i think they just hit them in the pocket etc....but i have also heard of where both the team cars start right at the back...if that happens then its very bad for Kovalienen as he hasnt done anything wrong....but then again its the Team that choose to lie not the individual...

should be interesting as to what happens though....i think that hamilton should be made to start the race from the back for the next 3 rounds....that should be enough for me

i think that mclaren might loose their constructors points and lewis might be loosing some points....also maybe starting from the rear of the grid for the next round and also some $$$
