Items: Up for sale are various interior and exterior parts that I’ve removed from a 1995 R33 GT-R that I recently imported via Iron Chef Imports (ta, Kristian!). These items are surplus to my requirements as I am slowly building the car for circuit/Time Attack etc. use – nor can I be arsed moving them across to my new place – so they have to go. Oh, and I no longer need the front and rear seats from my road-going R32 GT-R so they’re up for grabs too.

What’s listed below is all I'm able to part with at this time, so please don't bother asking for any other parts as it won’t get you anywhere.

Location: All items are located in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide and are for pick-up only. Packing and sending stuff interstate is a right pain in the arse and I don’t have the time to do it.

Contact: If you're interested in anything, please contact me (Cameron) via PM first.

Prices: The listed prices are somewhat negotiable - as I don't follow the second-hand parts market closely and they may be off to some extent - but please, no stupid offers or lowballing! I’m not looking to trade or swap anything at this time either.

Pictures: Pics of the items are below – if you’d like larger or new images of any of the items, just PM me your email address and what you’d like to see in more detail and I'll be only too happy to oblige.

1) Item: BNR32 GT-R front and rear seats

Condition: Very minor damage to the fabric of the driver’s side bolster but all foam is intact (not crumbly at all) and there are no other major wear or stains on the fabric. Sure, they could do with a re-trim in time but they’re not bad and have plenty of life in them still – there are far worse ones out there

Price: $850.00

Notes: They’re from a 1994 R32 GT-R, come with the integral rails etc. and are a bolt-in fitment to R32-R34 Skylines (except R34 GT-Ts I think) and S1x Nissans with a few minor modifications. I’d prefer not to split them unless separate buyers can be found first

2) Item: Set of 5 floor mats from a BNR32 GT-R

Condition: Meh, not great but’ll come good with a decent clean

Price: $25.00 – but free if you purchase the BNR32 seats (above)

Notes: Mats have the “Skyline” emblem and are stock R32 GT-R mats I believe. Better than wearing holes in your carpet I suppose?

3) Item: BCNR33 GT-R front and rear seats

Condition: Not bad at all with only minor wear to the usual places, plenty of crappier ones out there...

Price: $1150.00

Notes: I’d prefer not to split them unless separate buyers can be found first

4) Item: BCNR33 GT-R interior trim panels:

  • Pair of front door trims - $300.00
  • Pair of rear side trim panels - $225.00

Condition: Very good condition, no major marks or worn spots or anything

Price: As above

Notes: I’d prefer not to split them so would go better on the price if sold as a set. Comes with all (I think!) fasteners and clips. All the cool people have GT-R interior trim panels. Apparently.

5) Items: R33 GT-R upper interior components:

  • Headlining - $150.00
  • Map lights - $25.00
  • Overhead light - $25.00
  • Sunvisors - $50.00
  • 3 x grab handles - $50.00
  • Rear vision mirror - $25.00
  • “A”, “B” and “C”-pillar trim pieces - $150.00

Condition: All in very good condition bar one sunvisor (which will come good with a clean) and a minor scratch on one trim piece (not noticeable but I’m being honest here!)

Prices: As above

Notes: Where applicable, all parts come with the necessary fasteners etc. Why would you need this? Well, the R33 GT-R this stuff came from was a non-smoker’s car so it might be a good way to rid yourself of the smell of stale smokes. Please buy the lot in one package; I don’t want to have to chuck this stuff out…

6) Items: Complete set of boot trim panels for an R33 GT-R

Condition: Excellent condition apart from one small split in the right-hand piece where it meets the back section (but which can’t be seen when installed)

Price: $225.00

Notes: Missing bits of your boot trim? Maybe yours has been stained by leaking shopping bags or damaged by a stereo installation? Then you this is what you need. The plastic piece that goes over the boot latch isn’t included as mine is pretty FUBAR.

7) Item: Kick panel cover that goes over the ECU of an R33 GT-R

Condition: Mint condition, no marks at all

Price: $50.00

Notes: Hide your exposed ECU from the PoPo with this replacement kick panel cover (if yours is missing of course, otherwise you wouldn’t need one – der). Comes with flare holder bracket assembly and I can throw in the flare too ;-)

8) Items: Set of 5 floor mats that came with my R33 GT-R

Condition: Meh, not mint but not tatty crap either – driver’s heelpad is a bit crusty and they need a good clean

Price: $25.00 – but free if you buy the R33 GT-R seats (above)

Notes: Mats are universal in appearance (i.e. no brands or logos etc.)

9) Items: R33 GT-R front-end panelwork – aftermarket front bar, reinforcement bar structure, bonnet and guards

Condition: The (rare) front bar needs repair work and paint, otherwise all will scrub up fine with a simple cleaning/polishing

Price: $1,725.00

Notes: Contains all the major ingredients to perform a GT-R front-end conversion to a non-GT-R R33 Skyline – aluminium bonnet (with N1 lip!), aluminium front guards (complete with Nismo clear indicators and Nismo emblems/badges instead of the usual “GT” items), a (farkin’ ugly IMHO) aftermarket front bar and the structural reinforcement bar that goes behind it. I might part with the headlights if you need them but they aren’t in the best condition though.

10) Item: R33 GT-R bootlid and Nismo (I think!) wing

Condition: Good condition and will look fine with a cut and polish – no major marks or scratches, probably a GTS25t item knowing my luck

Price: $250.00

Notes: Yes, I admit, the wing is ugly but someone must like it? Hello? Is anyone reading this? Damn :-( Make an offer or something please, I need it gone!

11) Item: Nismo 400R-type side skirts to suit R33 GT-R (painted QM1 white)

Condition: Good condition and just need a simple wash/scrub to look pretty much as-new

Price: $150.00

Notes: They fit nicely and are of decent quality too (i.e. not thin or too flimsy)

12) Items: Pair of R33 GT-R external rear vision mirrors

Condition: Good condition, all electrics work perfectly and will polish up great

Price: $150.00

Notes: Comes with all fasteners and the triangle-shaped trim covers that go on the inside. If some arsehole has smashed yours off in a carpark bingle etc. then these are for you!

13) Item: Complete R33 GT-R airbox and snorkel assembly

Condition: Dirty but all intact

Price: $225.00

Notes: Need a complete standard intake to clear a defect? Then look no further – it comes complete with all fasteners for a factory installation to the standard AFMs. I’ll even chuck in a filthy air filter for it too!

14) Items: R33 GT-R factory scissor jack and associated toolkit

Condition: Jack is in mint condition, toolkit might need a clean

Price: $50.00

Notes: Be the most awesome person in the world with this factory jack and toolkit combo. Okay, maybe not…

Cheers, Cam :(

Update: I do apologise but the 400R-type side skirts are no longer for sale as I've figured out a way to use them with my car after all.

Cheers, Cam.

PS If a mod could edit my original post to reflect this change it'd be appreciated

PM replied to mate - sorry but they're just too huge to ship interstate.

hey buddy will you post r32 seats to vic 3551 ill give you $800 posted?? cheers

Hi there, interested in the floor mats for R32 and R33 GTR. How much would it cost to post it to mrlbourne (postcode 3806). Thanks

Update: R33 GT-R front and rear seats have been sold. R33 floormats gone as well. Still have everything else.

theforce: Sorry mate but all items are for pick-up only. Packing and sending stuff interstate is a right pain in the arse and I just don’t have the time to do it. I looked into it and the freight for items like the floormats is often substantially more than the items are worth and, besides, I'd rather someone inspect these items in person to be 110% happy with them before parting with their cashola.

Bumpski - I need this stuff gone pretty quickly please people :D

Surely someone in SA must want a set of R32 GT-R seats or the parts to perform a GT-R front-end conversion to a GTS25t or something...

- Cam.

  • 3 weeks later...

Update: some of the contents of the toolkit bag have been sold.

One clarification: the GT-R front end panels will now include everything you need to convert an R33 GTS25t to the wider GT-R-specification panels - i.e. bonnet (with N1 lip), bonnet hinges, bonnet latch assembly, front guards, guard risers, wheelarch liners and front bar reo. You don't have to take the aftermarket front bar I'm selling if you don't want it (I wouldn't blame you, it's ugly-as!) either.

Oh, and I'll separate the R32 GT-R seats if that'll make things easier too.

This stuff is going into storage soon so get in quick peoples!

  • 2 weeks later...

Cam, this website won't let me PM you with my number because I am a newbie to the forum.

Can you flick me your contact details, I'll come have a look. Am interested in the seats for my pimpride :)

Okay, update time.

The R32 GT-R front and rear seats have been spoken for by bnr324 - sorry, "vinos_land_of_the_datto".

The clear indicators in the R33 GT-R front guards have been removed and are on their way to WA.

Some parts of the factory jack and toolkit (#14) have been sold so there's now not much left worth having.

So, what is left I hear you ask? Well - I need this stuff gone so have drastically reduced the prices for the final time.

4) Set of four BCNR33 GT-R interior door/side trim panels (i.e. for both front and rear both sides)

Was $525.00, then reduced to $350.00 - now $200.00

5) R33 GT-R upper interior components - headlining, map lights, central overhead light, sunvisors, set of three grab handles, central rear vision mirror and the “A”, “B” and “C”-pillar trim pieces

Was $475.00, then reduced to $220.00 - now $40.00

6) Complete set of boot trim panels for an R33 GT-R

Was $225.00, then reduced to $150.00 - now $100.00

Note: I had a buyer for these but he has not responded to my PMs

7) Kick panel cover that goes over the ECU of an R33 GT-R

Was $50.00, then reduced to $25.00 - now $15.00

9) R33 GT-R front-end panelwork – (ugly) aftermarket front bar, reinforcement bar structure, aluminium bonnet (with N1 lip), aluminium guards and the fittings (hinges, catches etc.) to convert a non-GT-R R33 to GT-R panelwork.

Was $1725.00, then reduced to $1500.00 - now $700.00 (less if you don't want the front bar)

10) R33 GT-R bootlid and Nismo (I think!) wing (probably a GTS25t item)

Was $250.00, then reduced to $150.00 - now $20.00

12) Pair of R33 GT-R external rear vision mirrors

Was $150.00, then reduced to $100.00 - now $20.00

13) Complete R33 GT-R airbox and snorkel assembly

Was $225.00, then reduced to $150.00 - now $100.00

As I said in the original post: "All items are located in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide and are for pick-up only. Packing and sending stuff interstate is a right pain in the arse and I don’t have the time to do it." I repeat: I don't have the time to pack and ship this stuff interstate. If you can't come and pick this stuff up then it will not be worth your time contacting me - LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY please.

So grab yourselves a bargain! Cheers, Cam :P

Update: the following items have been sold:

4) Set of four BCNR33 GT-R interior door/side trim panels (i.e. for both front and rear both sides)

5) R33 GT-R upper interior components - headlining, map lights, central overhead light, sunvisors, set of three grab handles, central rear vision mirror and the “A”, “B” and “C”-pillar trim pieces

6) Complete set of boot trim panels for an R33 GT-R

7) Kick panel cover that goes over the ECU of an R33 GT-R

The remaining items listed below are now on-hold for buyers (in other words, sold pending payment and pick-up):

9) R33 GT-R front-end panelwork

10) R33 GT-R bootlid and Nismo (I think!) wing (probably a GTS25t item)

13) Complete R33 GT-R airbox and snorkel assembly

12) Pair of R33 GT-R external rear vision mirrors

Cheers, Cam :P

Another update: the reinforcement bar from the front-end package has been sold. The rest of the front-end panelwork is still available but is being inspected tomorrow morning.

    • I am getting the same issue. Did you resolve it? I just got it after installing my new super coppermix and literally the same issue, new fork, new 18mm carrier, release bearing that came with the kit and replicated the exact same sound.
    • If you like - I have the STL files so I can email em. There's a couple of gotchas (i.e the holes are not threaded so you might need/will need) to utilize some M3 melt-in threads for some of the points. However if you want to be super accurate, and are willing to remove your calipers and your SHOCKS it's a really good tool. You also might need to scale the part that measures the tyre width a bit wider. It defaults to a 7.5in tyre and I mean who is running that. Luckily with the magic of CAD this is very easy to rescale.
    • jeebus. glad you weren't under it while performing the stunt. Also thanks for the link to the wheel measurer, exactly what I needed
    • In the older stuff there were very significant differences 2wd to 4wd, for example Stagea had strut front end for 2wd and double wishbone for 4wd so it was not minor to swap. From poking around the 2wd v37, it *looks* like it might be more possible; some of the parts specifically have "2wd" stamped on them which suggests the platforms are more similar. You'd still want to start with a 4wd half cut to swap stuff from though. I'd suggest if you don't have a tune on the ECU you don't really need one on the trans either. Throttle mapping is in the ECU side (and you can always use a Roar Pedal if you want the throttle to actually respond to your foot), and really if you are happy with the stock power you probably accept the stock trans behaviour too....its all made to be "sporty" not racey.
    • So, updates. I have not washed the car since it came back from Tassie. I've driven it around a bit but not got around to actually sorting it out. I DID raise it because I cracked the rear bar leaving a hotel which was very distressing. Interestingly, the car drives more compliant now that it's raised a fair bit (5mm front, 15mm rear). Also noticed that my FR height was 10mm lower than FL. So that's now sorted out, too. I also bought this and had it printed: https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/1576422240/wheel-and-tire-fitment-tool-universal?ref=shop_home_feat_1&dd=1&logging_key=08f604d9fa4cc383550ba985e6ac85cd5cac7fbb%3A1576422240 Now, if I was smart I would have taken my brake calipers off to actually use this correctly but it was evident enough to me that in the region where the caliper was... there was nothing to hit suspension/guard/arm wise. So I'm going with "it'll be fine" after using the tool to hopefully very precisely measure the wheel clearance. Also while doing this, I had the very VERY bad idea of jacking one of the wheels/suspension arms up while the rest of the car was on jack stands. I did this to see how the arm would travel. This all was well and good until the car slid off the stands and went through a fence. So don't do that. Incredibly nobody was hurt and there was only minor damage to the rear bumper as the car didn't have far to slide, and had 3-4 wheels on it. The only damage turned out to be the fence itself which was easy to fix, and a little bit of damage to the fibreglass rear bumper trim. I had already planned to try a touch up paint kit to fix the time I drove into my garage door to see if it'd help in the interim before I get it fixed properly. I used the Dr Colorchip kit after looking online and seeing everyone talking about it. Yes it's made for chips and not huge broken missing pieces and I'll be 500% recommending it for stone chips after using it for stupid things like me. This took about ... 10 minutes and looking at the half assed photo the 30 second job I did on the bumper corner was almost perfect just by using the tiny little brush and painting it in. The sealact stuff to remove over-painting is really useful, so if/when I do it again I'll likely slather the touch up paint well over it and then clean it up with the cleaning solution. The wheels should arrive in a couple of weeks. I am still kinda confident after doing a stupid amount of measuring (and borrowing a set of 18x10.5+15) that they will not fit because I overlooked something, somehow and flew too close to the sun. ALSO R34 GTR guard liners do not fit on a GTT. I bought the undertray brake duct guides and had the wonderful problem of them not fitting my intake, my oil cooler and the liners themselves were even worse. Attempting to fit them won't work in general - You would have to cut them up as another poster mentioned as the bodywork is different on the GTT. At least I can try to resell them. So instead of cutting those up, I cut up my old already-cut-up GTT liners and extended them by using some PP plastic and drilling some 8mm holes for some nissan clips for the 'extra' bit. Because I was happy to cut them I was able to mount them pretty damn forward so I now have some semblance of guard liners, and the brake vents seal the bumper from the bottom. It sort-of-looks like this, to give some idea - If you look at the GTR and then the GTT this is when I realised that I needed to seriously measure as the inside of the rim area is entirely, entirely, entirely different and could not take any internet measurements for granted.
