Wheel repair in Sydney

Anyone know who does a good wheel repair in Sydney? I need to take a few gutter scratches out, plus strip back all the paint so I can powdercoat them (at another place I already have lined up). Balancing them would also be good.

I had one guy look at my wheels when my car was getting repaired, but he refused to do them because they are 2 piece wheels and he said he wouldn't be able to get the paint into the deep grooves where the spokes meet the rim. But I spoke with my powdercoating guy and he said deep grooves are not a problem for the powdercoating. I just need someone who can strip back the old paint.

I had two wheels repaired by a guy in pioneer ave, Thornleigh.

Sorry, can't recall the name of the business - He's right next door to the infamous 'George' the wrecker !! Did a good job at a fair price.

he is about 80-150 per wheel which includes colour or polish, cost depends on damage & he has 4 wheels for 5 working days.

i will not recommend his work because when you do that something always go wrong, but he always has wheels there he's done to look at for examples.
