it will make it heaps louder, not sure about the tone, on my mates rodeo, it didnt make a difference but on another mates EF fairmount ghia, the resinator he put on for a pink slip mad it sound f**kin stupid.

give it a go, if u dont like it, put it back on. im takin mine off too soon.

is ur car a dark greeny kinda colour?

didn't get it removed, was told it would drone really badly so got a half size resonator put on and it sounds awesome. so just need extractors now...

so now got 2 1/2" front section with balistic racing cat to mini resonator then to 3" rear section with twin jasma cannons with 4"tips so looks and sounds great.

did you buy the car looking like that? cause i remember seeing one like that for sale aaaaaaaages ago. seemed to be for sale for a while if i remember correctly. but then most skylines are these days

yeah still looks much the same except for exhaust, wing, front bar. it's was around morayfield for a while

i just had a look at the big picture of the rear. there are some nice dents where the wing sits............

no dents just shadows and dirt and on either side of the boot lid there gromets pluging the holes where the old wing was

by dents i meant that the downforce and weight of the wing or how it is bolted in has made dents where the wing actually sits. it has pushed into the boot. it could just be the photo, but in the photo it really does look dented at the base of the left left hand side of the left support of the wing

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
