Hey guys i am selling my R33 GTST. 1995 White, 5spd, Manual, Coupe. The car was fitted with a RB26DETT enigne out of a r33 GTR Series 3 V-Spec 03/98 model. The car has a engineers certificate for this engine and all other modifications. I have comfortably spent over 20,000 dollers on this car not including the car itself. I have heaps of recipts for proof. My goal was to creat a very driveable daily car that is fast and that has been achieved. The car makes 265rwkw. It doesn't wheel spin liek you'd expect as i have bought the very best in tyres and made it so the power comes on more linear. The car has the following.

Engine:

Apexi Power FC with hand controller.

Adjustable Cam Gears.

Clear Cam Cover.

New parts:

All gaskets replaced last year including all exhaust, turbo and inlet side.

BRAND NEW Throttle bodies from Nissan. Cost me over $1500.

New Nismo 550cc injectors.

Brand New Ignitor.

Brand New Cam Angle Sensor.

Timing Belt, Water Pump and all idler and tensioner pullies.

All new front engine and rear main seals.

Brand New Valve cover gaskets.

Brand New Split fire coil packs only a month old.

Iridium plugs only a month old.

Brand new AAC valve.

R33 gtr intercooler and genuine piping to suit.

All above parts are brand new, genuine Nissan parts and no cost has been spared.

Exhaust:

Full 3" turbo back exhaust. Varex muffler that is remote controlled to quieten the car down to below 55db.

Rest of car:

Brand new Goodyear F1 tyres, 235/45R17 (Front) 255/40R17(Rear) The tyres were fitted this week with a wheel alignment from pedders! So not even 100km old.

Brand new tein coil over fully adjustable suspension.

Brand new Pedders bushs in the front end of the car and a brand new steering rack end from nissan fitted today. Wheel alignemnt done at pedders.

Brand new front brakes, DBA Slotted front discs and Ferodo formula Pads front and rear. Put on last week.

Nismo braided brake lines front and rear.

GTR front and Veilside rear body kit.

Nismo gear shifter.

TV and DVD sound system.

GTR Dash, r34 gtr steering wheel.

Car has motul RBX600 Brake and clutch fluid rated at well above 600c.

Oil is motul 10w60 which costs $110 for just four litres. I have to buy 8Ltrs.

Coolant and gear box fluid changed end of last year as was the diff fluid.

I have owned this car since 2001. Has been a great car and allways serviced and well looked after. The car is close to immaculate condition. Interior is immcaulate. Car starts and drives like a normal car.

I am after 16,500 with rwc and 12 months reg.

Pm or phone me on 0407362443. Please no time wasters as you will not be dissapointed.

85,000km roughly on motor. Put it in at 65,000km. Timing belt and all pullies and water pump have been done however!

As for swaps, i would be interested but mainly for either a gtr plus cash you're way for a normal car. I am not looking to go backwards as far as build dates go sorry. What have you got and how old is it?

Reason for sale i want somthing else i have had the skyline for 8 years now, time for somthing else i think.... Liek i said either a gtr or a normal car and at this point i would rather a normal car!

Cheers Mark

    • I feel I should re-iterate. The above picture is the only option available in the software and the blurb from HP Tuners I quoted earlier is the only way to add data to it and that's the description they offer as to how to figure it out. The only fields available is the blank box after (Input/ ) and the box right before = Output. Those are the only numbers that can be entered.
    • No, your formula is arse backwards. Mine is totally different to yours, and is the one I said was bang on at 50 and 150. I'll put your data into Excel (actually it already is, chart it and fit a linear fit to it, aiming to make it evenly wrong across the whole span. But not now. Other things to do first.
    • God damnit. The only option I actually have in the software is the one that is screenshotted. I am glad that I at least got it right... for those two points. Would it actually change anything if I chose/used 80C and 120C as the two points instead? My brain wants to imagine the formula put into HPtuners would be the same equation, otherwise none of this makes sense to me, unless: 1) The formula you put into VCM Scanner/HPTuners is always linear 2) The two points/input pairs are only arbitrary to choose (as the documentation implies) IF the actual scaling of the sensor is linear. then 3) If the scaling is not linear, the two points you choose matter a great deal, because the formula will draw a line between those two points only.
    • Nah, that is hella wrong. If I do a simple linear between 150°C (0.407v) and 50°C (2.98v) I get the formula Temperature = -38.8651*voltage + 165.8181 It is perfectly correct at 50 and 150, but it is as much as 20° out in the region of 110°C, because the actual data is significantly non-linear there. It is no more than 4° out down at the lowest temperatures, but is is seriously shit almost everywhere. I cannot believe that the instruction is to do a 2 point linear fit. I would say the method I used previously would have to be better.
