As above guys.

Am after ADR Approved braided brake lines for my R33 GTST. I want to buy from a place that can pretty much just send me the right ones without me having to take mine out and send them to replicate as i dont have the time for it.

Your advice is much appreciated.

I got mine from here:

BrakeWest Pty Ltd

I was dealing with Goran. ADR Approved and posted very promptly, great service.

Goran at Brakewest! Good quality, very quick and great to deal with! I took photos of my stock R34 GT brake lines, annotated with measurements, and he made and sent custom lines to suit GTSt calipers the same day and got it overnight!

ADR are NOT suited for any sort of serious track work. Please be VERY careful if tracking your ADR lines hard.

EDIT: from BrakeWest anyway... that's why they have a CAMS approved braided line

Why would they? The only main difference i can see is the rubber collars for the whiplash test they do for adr approval.

i think i was going overboard with "all ADR lines", but this is what came up with the brakewest group buy. And i did confirm this at the time, and that's why they started offering a CAMS approved line. Maybe it was just the way that brakewest did their ADR lines? I then mistakenly applied that to all ADR lines, but i know i did confirm a performance application difference between the two from brakewest at least.

i'll see if i can dig the details out of the group buy

    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
