Help Plz... With Aftermarket Front Indicators

Hi all,

I am currently in the process of fitting an aftermarket kit on my 33. My issue is that when I hook up my new aftermarket indicators and turn them on they flicker really fast like when you have an indicator bulb out/blown. Is there something I can plug up inbetween the wires from the car to the indicators to change the current (along those lines) so that they flicker at the normal pace? If you have gone through this issue also can you please tell me what you did to overcome this or are you simply puting up with it.
