AhoiHoi. after 2 days of web searching im still stumped for a reliable and reputable fault code list for an R33 GT-R V-spec. I seem to have found approximately 11tybillion pages of R32 info but not very much on the 33. I seem to have fault codes 75 or 7 and 5 ( 7 long flashes and 5 short flashes on the comp led) any help would be GREATLY apreciated as im getting very scared of the possible transfer case damage this could be doing.

On a side note, i did find a reliable way to get the fault codes from the ets pro computer without going to a hopeless nissan dealership thats never seen a gtr before :P

Step 1: Remove the parcel shelf cover inside the boot so you have a full view of the battery and underside of the parcel shelf

Step 2: Find a nice piece of flat long straight road to perform this test on

Step 3: Drive your car at 30 kph, no more, no less, for 1 min straight. Remember to follow the road rules and basic guidelines, if this means using hazard lights in a busy area, please respec other road users and do so :D

Step 4: Stop the car, dont shut off the engine. Pull over to a safe part of the road and get out of the car and open the boot. On the drivers side of the underside of the parcel shelf you will see 2 small metal boxes. These are the ABS and ET-S pro computers bolted together. the lower one will be the ET-S computer, on the underside you will notice a small round window, inside this window is a led. Look carefully and count the flashes this led strobes through. From there you too can spend countless hours looking for fault codes too!! Remember, the led will flash in a synchrous manner, ie 7 flashes 1 second apart then it will break for 4 seconds and flash the next code or repeat the same one if its the only fault, which i hope for your sake you get none!

Hope this helps and by bloody christ, i hope someone can help me!! :D
