Has anyone heard of a Delkor Calcium Battery? I just bought one for my R33 GTS-T.

Model # 22F-610D

Amp HR = 55

Reserve = 90

CCA = 610

It's also fully sealed.

Just wondering what peoples thoughts where.

What did you pay if I can ask?

Is the reserve rating the same as residual charge (RC)? If so, it seems a little low for a 610 CCA...

Thats a tiny battery for such a large CCA! Sounds good. Does it fit in the stock location ok?

I've never heard of Delkor but what I don't know could fill a warehouse ;)

Just did a search and RC is known as residual charge in some circles and reserve capacity in others...

Reserve capacity is the time in minutes that a new, fully charged battery will deliver 25 amperes at 80 degrees farenheit and maintain a terminal voltage equal to, or greater than, 1.75 volts per cell. This rating represents the time the battery will continue to operate essential accessories if the alternator or generator of a vehicle fails.

Put another way, reserve capacity is a battery's ability to sustain a minimum vehicle electrical load in the event of a charging system failure. Under the worst conditions (winter driving at night), this minimum could require current for ignition, low beam head lamps, windshield wipers, and defroster while driving at low speeds.

Most 600+ CCA batteries have an RC of 130+... But most 600+ CCA batteries are way bigger than yours. I think that is why yours has a relatively low RC... Still plenty IMO...

So are you gunna hook me up? Or at least tell us where you bought it from...

It fits in the stock location but it doesn't fit into the little plastic thing that original sits on, the positive terminal just reaches but the negative is a little short not by much though and the original terminals are to small plus the hold down bracket isn't wide enough but one of them multi fit tops will fix that and there is another hole for the hold down bar to go into.

I bought it from Mikeder Auto Electrics here in central Qld, they had a few different sizes I wanted the next one up thats made for a Cruiser but it wouldn't fit in between the metal guides:( but this one seems to be fine.

I haven't installed it properly as yet I've done a dummy fit and it clears everything, I just want to get the terminals upgraded and the line extended a little to be on the safe side.

Amp HR = 55 (20hr)

Reserve Capacity = 90 (min)

Cold Cranking Amps = 610 (-18deg c)

Hope that helps.

    • My bad, I unplugged the one underlined in red instead of yellow before. With the car started, after unplugging the IACV (the one underlined in yellow), it idled at around 400/500 for 3 seconds before stalling. Attempting to start the car without the IACV will not start the car.   It does stutter and sputter for around 5 seconds before dying. However, immediately after starting it, you can already hear some slight sputters from the exhaust.   It won't start with the AFM unplugged. If it is when the car has already started, it stalls in a few seconds.   Yesterday, I did take some logs using Nistune of 3 scenarios. Car idling till it stalls Car idling and unplugging the IACV Car idling and removing the AFM I also have some previous logs of when the Car is idling till it stalls and when driving and it cuts. I am not really knowledgeable enough to understand what to look for. After every test, car idles rougher and rougher, until I have to stop. It will be fine the day after.
    • There is no difference between a 17x8 and an 18x8. The total diameter of the tyre needs to remain +/- the same (so you don't mess up the gearing, speedo reading, and clearance when turning front wheels..... so you just need to use a lower profile tyre on th 18 than you do on the 17. /rocket surgery.
    • I thought the same to start with. But then I thought it was one of those LCAs where the end of the ARB goes through a bushing in the LCA itself, instead of having an end link.
    • Yeah - I mean, go the other way. Smaller range. Not larger.
    • To re-cap, I bought: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Lsailt-8G-Infiniti-Q50-Q60-2014_1601171829627.html?spm=a2756.trade-list-buyer.0.0.2cd476e9FTIlKE As you can see, if I bought 20 it was $653, but I bought 1 so it was $1,170. I was very tempted to buy 2 and resell 1 at 25% cheaper. @MBS206, I am not sure if they do a Kluger one, here is their list but it might be there under a global model name: http://www.lsailt.com/product/android-interface?page=1 Keep in mind these full android replacements have basically all the bits a phone does (cpu, ram, storage, wifi, bluetooth, usb interfaces) other than a screen (it uses a host), thus the $800+ cost. Android Auto screen mirroring is MUCH cheaper as it's just a cut down shell, input mirroring and output mirroring BTW I also need that "screen off" feature, it is much harder to see wildlife even if a dash is reasonably dark. Both the Fuga and V37 have display off buttons for night use, they just come back on for a second or 3 if you interact with it, eg skip a song.
