Immaculate GTR with genuine low kilometers, one of the best examples of this historically significant car.

Suit collectors and enthusiasts, unmodified with the exception of Defi DIN guages replacing the standard guages above the CD player. Defi guages are obviously more precise.

I also fitted an after-market cat back exhaust though have the original. Professional installed proper alarm system.

CHERRY RED colour looks great in real life - should not be confused with the maroon colour used in later models. Great rare colour.

Driven only on sunny days on the weekend. Probably wash it more than I drive it.

Original paint, no accidents and no rust problems! Steering wheel in immaculate condition, handbrake and stick boot like new! pedals like new too. Interior condition matches low km. As does engine bay.

Gearbox is in great condition, syncros aren't worn, nor is the clutch. Bushes are tight, car feels much better to drive than most GTRs. Ready for touring.

Fastidious owner, all oils regularly replaced, including expensive gearbox and differential oils.

Low kilometers, have original auction report from Japan supporting the car's history and high auction rating.

Serviced using Motul Synthetic every 3 months, all fluids and filters routinely replaced. Many of the suspension bushes have also been replaced. Never raced.

Engine runs perfectly, idle is spot-on and has great compression. Young kilometrers and flawless service history. Will pass any test.

Late model example, 1993.

If you are after a great example of this classic car, you will definitely not be disappointed. Feel free to give me a call with any questions, worth the visit to Canberra to inspect.

Asking $21,000 which is considered by fellow enthusiasts to be a fantastic price for a GTR in original condition. Intended to own this vehicle for life, though now buying a house.

Only wish to deal with serious buyers. Located in Canberra.

Cheers,

Steve

Sold for $20500 for those that are interested. GTR prices have remained rock solid for a number of years now.

that's good to hear.

I'm thinking of selling mine before the mod bug really hits me whilst it's still in fairly stock (clean too) condition.

yours was awesome though..exactly what I would have got.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
