Engine work was done by Proform including all machining and head porting and car was tuned by Jim at Croydon. Well over $25K spent on new engine mods, the car has only travelled 3000km with the new motor.

Car made an easy 340+awkw on 1.2 bar at CRD (Croydon Racing) and a little over 300awkw on 1 bar.

Plenty more in it just needs bigger turbo's.

This was next on the card if i keep it. Awesome car with the same response as standard.

The car has seen the strip once for 3 passes, running at easy 11.9 at 114 mph prior to all the engine work.

Any questions please pm me or reply here, otherwise feel free to contact me on 0433 444 334.

Im looking for $76k ono the car has rego until end of June 2010. A lot of time and money has been put into this car, so no joy riders or tyre kickers please, i wont waste my time if i believe you are!

The car is immaculate really needs to be seen to be appreciated. The car has been well looked after and only ever used the best parts/products on her. Absolutely nothing wrong with the car, revs check welcome no money owing on it and no accident history. Inspections welcome too..

Some old pics of the car.... will update as soon as i can get new high res pics of it.

Hmm dont know how to edit my original post (no option)

Forgot to mention from the list of engine mods the following new parts:

- Genuine NISMO Water pump

- Genuine Nissan thermostat

- HPI plugs for Z32 airflow meters (spliced in, so the old original plugs still present in the engine bay)

    • Am I correct in assuming that the R35's are getting the classic skyline haircut off the odometer?  Quick search on carsales, there are 33 08 and 09 GTR's for sale, only 2 of them have more then 100,000km's on them (116,075 and 110,000 respectively).  And somehow there are about 25 for sale with around 60,000kms? Looks like the classic skyline haircut to me =/
    • @Stringycheese  Have you only gone to the one blue slip workshop?  There will be a heap of them where ever you live, good odds that the next place you go to will pass the car.  Unfortunately (or fortunately?) every blue slip / engineering workshop will be different and will be happy passing or failing different things - despite working from the same set of rules. It's kinda like 2 lawyers arguing over a piece of legislation, each saying their interpretation is correct. Might seem strange that this happens when it comes to getting a modified car passed, but this is very much a thing. A big part of the game is finding an engineer / workshop that is on the same page as you.
    • Bah. I daily mine. ~60km per work day, 10-12 thousand km per year. What's the point of having a dirty old Datto and leaving it in the shed. It needs to be driven and enjoyed while the govco allows us to do so. It will only be a few years before we're forbidden to even start up internal combustion engines.
    • Judging by that spring perch and the normal looking spring on it - not a coilover. Well.... it is a coilover, just a stock format coilover, rather than what everyone calls a coilover.
    • Yes it is. We get stock from Nismo directly. I'm happy to take photos/video of it as proof before I ship it with timestamps or whathaveyou.
