Hks 25/30 Exhaust Housing Bolt Size

Hey guys,

Im fitting up a hks 25/30 to my rb20det and i have found that im missing 1 of the stubs which connect the turbo to the dump. after looking further i found the studs are much smaller than the standard studs which i believe are m8 1.25

The hks studs are about 2/3 of the size, shorter and thinner.

Any ideas what they are? I called GCG and they said its strange cuz they are normally m8 1.25

they'll still be an M8 1.25 stud, but they'll be shorter... try the nuts on them and see if they fit..

They are shorter and thinner, as in the normal bolts DONT fit in the exhaust housing at all

any help guys?

Just pull one of the studs out and take it to Repco. Even longer ones shouldn't be too much of an issue, they have worked for me on the same turbo.
