I have just done a auto to manual coversion on my car and i am still using the auto ecu. i do have a spare ecu laying around and was wanting to now what it was (auto, manual, s1,s2)

the car i a r33 s2

the numbers on the spare ecu are

23710 21V60

MEC-R620 A2 5606

if anyone can help me with this it would be much appreciated.

doesnt look like an ecu part number to me . only the first ten digits matter

if that "V" in the top number is really a "U" its a Manual ECU from a 01/95 - 08/95 R33 RB25DET. the bottom number, with the MEC is basically a serial number.

ps, i couldn't find a part number with the "V" in it for the R33.

for reference i have a man s2 ecu here and on the nissan/hitachi sticker it has

2371M 21U07

MEC - R527R 8220

and on the edge opposite the plug on a clear sticker it has

MEC-R527 A1 0132
