Adjustable Cam Gears

i have a couple of adjustable cam gears laying around so decided i will put one on my exhaust side.

would it be worth the effort of putting one in??? would the gains be enough to be noticeable?

also, i have read that 4 degrees retard is what works the best for the 25, but all this was from cars that were turboed. would it be the same for a NA car??

Ive been told you can get boost on earlier, Im getting one, ask a workshop to get the right info.

Yes.. if you have a turbo..
