4stud P1 Buddy Center Caps?

Hey i have a set of p1 buddys on my r33.

and just wondering if center caps will work, especially since on the rears it pokes out... pics included of rears, the fronts dont poke out.

so is there a cap thats like a dome?

my gts-4 had that but the other way around. front were not allowing the caps too stay on so i gave it too my dad and he ended up using a funny fitting on an angle grinder (looked like a honey comb disk) it shaved the metal back without a problem
