Sony single-din TV "Connection box" REQUIRED!!!

Hey all, I bought a Sony XAV-7W and it does not have the XA-114 which

is the Connection Box that allows you to plug all of your AV inputs and stacker inputs to, without this box all I can do is listen to radio.

If anyone has one of these XA-114 Connection Boxes, I would like to know how I can get my hands on one and where, and not pay a million bucks for one.
