Turbo'ing A R32 Gts - A Few Questions

[IM-32-FK]

So im going to getting off my p plates soon and i was wondering if it would be hard to turbo a N/A r32.

Here is the list of things that i'd need:

• front mount intercooler
  
• intercooler piping
  
• manifold
  
• dump/split pipe
  
• rb20 turbo
  
• gts-t ECU
  
• BOV
  

is that all id need? Would i need to screw around with any compression levels or anything?anything i need to know? thanks
