Greddy Profec A Problems,anyone Has One?

Hi guys

Received delivery of a Greddy Profec A today from Advan Performance's ebay shop, however after wiring it up (+ve to +ve and -ve to -ve) the unit seems to be malfunctioning. The ON button is illuminated, and the unit just continuously beeps, at the ratio LED. When I plug in the solenoid, the beeping stops but the unit doesn't turn on??

For those of you who have this unit, is this normal operation?

I'm assuming the unit should at least boot up to something, rather than beep continuously?

there's an install manual floating around on the net, basically you've got to set it for internal or external gate, and there was one other setting I can't remember. Then you've got to get it into P1 mode which flashes up on it's LED screen, which is where the fun begins, took me about half a tank of fuel and several hours of winding it right out in 4th gear and backing off (had a boost spike at 25 psi at one point, nearly had a fkn heart attack!), then you get it into P2 and repeat - mine ended up literally deciding it was finished learning at random, around the time I'd nearly lost my sanity lol

PM me if you need the manual - i have it in PDF. I also couldnt get it to train after a turbo change (but i do get P1 and P2), so i'm running the $22 special until i get another chance to look at it. Mine may have been damaged when the rear turbo went - if that's possible.

      Out of curiosity, how do you cover up the inspection hole? Surely it doesn't sit open like that, right? With grime and dirt coming in and oil going out?

      Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!

      Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that

      Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything
