Hi All,

Me and the missus went down to the broadwater carpark last night to have a look around and whilst there were plenty of cars to be seen, 90% of them were commodores! :P:(

What has happened to this institution?

It felt weird walking around trying to find a imported car.

So where do the jap cars hang out down there now?

No offence mate, but where the hell were you looking? With the 'little' cruise me and my mate planed in about 5mins, and then had on a particular brisbane based website for about 6hours, we had HUGE numbers, the majority of which were imports.

So where we went was down the back of the carpark. If you couldnt find anything last nite you mustnt have been looking very hard. The carpark was packed.

Most of the crowds of people dont' get down the coast until 9:30 - 10ish. We normally park over the far side of the carpark (towards the pool) with quite a few imports, usually skylines.

You just have to be choosie what dickhead you park next too, and lately, unfortunately, there's been quite afew dickheads

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
