Gta4 Download Content For Ps3

The GTA4 download content that was exclusive to Microsoft is now available on the PS3. Does this mean that their contract only states a limited time for exclusivity (in this case, 2 years) and that other downloadable content exclusive to only Microsoft will be available to Sony after a certain period of time?

The 360 has always been in the lead with a higher majority of "better" games whereas PS3 has only a handful. Could the game-makers with which Microsoft originally had exclusive rights now soon be finishing their contracts and be able to begin making games for PS3?

Although PS3 sales have increased since the PS3-Slim came out, this may as well see a further change.

I haven't researched this as much as I usually would but it's definately something to think about.
