antz69
hey guys, got a bit of a situation at the moment..pulled the gearbox out of my 32gtr to change the clutch and realised it had some sort of twin plate with a lightened flywheel...so now il need a standard flywheel to fit the new clutch. my question is, what flywheel can i use...ive heard that rb flywheels are all interchangable but wanted to know what flywheel i can also chase up. rb20/rb25/rb30 will i be able to use one of these? any help would be great! cheers Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/317000-rb-flywheels/ Share on other sites

Spurdo
just make sure you dont get a 6 bolt flywheel they are the non turbo type. the turbo flywheels have 9 bolt holes around the outer edge on the clutch mounting face, but both have the same 6 center bolts that secure it to the crank. when i got my lightweight nismo flywheel for the rb25 it was the same one they sold for gtr's as well so obviously all the turbo flywheels are interchangeable. stock flywheels are usually pretty cheap if the flywheel is a stock one thats been lightened then yea either throw it away or sell it to some idiot Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/317000-rb-flywheels/#findComment-5384215 Share on other sites
