hi all, i recently changed my dump pipe to find out that there is a white powder coating my dump pipe and turbo wheel, just wondering what is causing it,

i have a r32 with rb20DET, fmic, 3inch zorst, hks electronic boost contorller running 13psi, stock ecu, approx 160kw.
