All ecu's need dyno time if you want a proper tune

I do know that time on the rollers are need for a top tune but what i would like to know is can you just solder the new board in and drive off to wait for a tune later when the handbrake lets me spend some of my hard earned funds on some good mods

When matt sends you the board it will have the same tune on it that the your computer has on it. You can get it tuned at your convenience.
