Exhaust For 1993 Nissan Skyline R33 Gts25

I've been looking for a suitable exhaust for my skyline, but i cant seem to choose.

People have been telling me to go for a 3" for the sound, but then i lose low end torque.

i dont even know what type of exhaust to look at, most likely looking for the 2.5" size, and only looking for either a catback or cannon, which ever one would sound better.

Would love help on this as i dont know much about cars.

2.5" is more than plenty for a natro skyline.

as for type, an oval muffler will be quieter than a cannon, and also isn't so ricer. my advice would be to go to your local exhaust place and ask them for a quote on making you up a system.

3" will sacrafice bottom end for top end

2.5" is an even spread of torque but not as powerful as 3"

Both are loud as f$%# unless it's oval.

I would not go any bigger than 2.5", if you went 3" you would lose any torque you have any it would be way to loud.

As for the muffler, i like both cannons and oval mufflers and actually have an oval muffler on my car at the moment.

A bit of advice though, don't cheap out on the muffler, when i got mine done, i was on a tight budget so i have some no name brand muffler and it sounds like ass. If you want a nice sound get a good quality stainless steel muffler.
