R33 Gtr Missing At Full Boost

Hey guys my gtr is running like a pile of crap I didnt drive it for a few month and thought it might have been bad fuel.Tried fresh fuel (bp ultimate)and no good,and then put in new platinum plugs and still no good.It runs fine at three quarter throttle but misses bad at full throttle until it hits seven grand it then runs fine till well over 8k

Could it be plugs/gaps or coils

yes, stop playing the guessing game and get yourself a consult cable or take it to a workshop

sounds like your plug gap is to big. try re-gapping the plugs to 0.7mm-0.8mm and use standard coppers.

its not good to re-gap platinum or iridium plugs.

try that first.

+1 for gaping plugs...i had the same issue and it was very random...once the machanic tuned and gapped the plugs it was fine and never missed fired yet...so that might be it...

if plugs / gapping is fine, have a look at the air flow meters. If the car runs fine at 7000 rpm, it may not be plugs and possibly afm issue.

Thanks for the tips guys,thought it might be plug gaps but the 7,000rpm on had me stumped
