currently have an 1995 r33 GTS-T with full 3inch exhaust system. front mount. pod filter.JJR plenum. I wanna know where to go from there

Injectors,fuel pump,fuel reg and power fc? splitfire coil packs? im not after hectic amounts of power. only want to spend around 2500. max $3000.

With your budget, i'd do fuel pump to be safe (bosch 040), power fc and tune (you should get about 200rwkw). Injectors, fuel reg are useless for your needs, coil packs MAY need upgrading depending on the condition of your current ones. Make sure the car is well serviced, and you put some decent tyres/brakes/suspension on it too
