Ticking Noise In Rear (r34)

hey all, i have got an intermittent ticking noise coming from rear left wheel area it only occurs from 0 - 20km/h. mechanic somewhat assured me it wasnt a bearing(but does sound almost like it), checked the handbrake shoes. could it be my cusco coilsovers?

I had this problem with my r32 gtr, during take off or reversing my passenger side wheel would tick.

Had enough of it so I took it to east coast suspensions, they had to change the tie rod end knuckles and the apparently the pre load on the bearing was wrong.

Now everything is sweet as no clicks and very tight
