R34 Diff Into R33? And Kaaz 2 Way Oil?

Hey guys i have a R34 box and tail shaft and i was wondering if the R34 diff will bolt in no worries will the abs be a problem?

i am going to fit a Kaaz centre to it just thought i would swap it all over and i already have an R34 housing i can get with the 4.11 ratios i want instead of the 4.39 or what ever the auto has

second question, what diff oil are people using for the Kaaz's
