Go to Nissan and scroll down to C210. I inquired about the side windows, price was $400 plus shipping to WA. Yep but no thanks.

Apparently some mug offered him $2200 without motor and box, I'm sure it was no one from this site. Not when there's two for sale for about 1.5 grand more.

Still, If i were in NSW I'd probably purchase the boot and bonnet. Nice little wheels on it. If some one does decide to purchase it for stripping and on selling let me know.

If you can get it for a $800 it would be worth the effort to part out MAYBE

And it's got rally type seats, probably ripped and soiled. Especially the passengers one LOL. I'd like to know if they've used the original rails to suit the after market seats. Them I would def buy. Has anyone done a after market seat change retaining the original rails? I remember this question being asked before but saw no real outcome. I'm keen to get rid of my 65 kilo worth of seat and transplant.

Ricky,

Sports Classic are out in Ted Bullpits area (Kingswood Country) near Penrith/Castlereagh and he is the most expensive wrecker of old school Zeds & Skylines on earth and in most cases the parts can be imported from USA or Japan cheaper than buying them from him.

A short time back Stewart Wilkins needed an F54 block and he had one in a complete engine and he wanted $1200.00 for the F54/P90 engine complete.

Everything he has, he thinks is GOLD PLATED & diamond encrusted, or that's how he prices them. He rallies Zeds and he is known in the business as a rip off and is avoided like the plague.

Nothing surprises me about him these days.

Cheers, D

Not to a C210, but I have in my R30. I put a pair of Sparco (bottom mount) seats in. I just made up a steel frame which bolts to the rails, and some strap which goes across the frame where the seat mounts are.

Seats are 7 kg each (IIRC), and once you add the rails/frames, probably end up around the 10 or 11 kg mark.

Thanks for that feed back Matty, 10kg sounds pretty good.

    • The price isn't the issue, it's how hard my fuel pump is to remove now. I fabricated a custom bracket so my pump sits on the very bottom of the tank (I ran the tank down to 5L remaining to test it, works well). But it is a fkn NIGHTMARE to get the pump down into the tank now =/ words can't describe how much I hate fighting with the fuel pump/hanger now. The other issue is reliability, I'm driving down for WTA in a couple of months, I'd be less then impressed if I was half way to Sydney from Brisbane and my pump fails again =/ The other issue I had was my car battery was slowly failing, with low battery voltage my fuel pump couldn't keep up with what the reg was asking from it. I've replaced the battery and my fuel pressure is back to being perfect.  As for the low voltage situation that killed my previous battery, I've got a 150amp alternator sitting on my desk waiting to go in. Fingers crossed that will sort that issue.
    • OK so I just bidded $500 on an R33 GTS4 that no one seems to want. Waiting on a call from the agent to see if I won. 32 GTS4 is for sale. I can't deal with the temptation to mod it.
    • Might be there for work later in the year. Wouldn't mind catching up with you fellas - can't have too many beers, but will consume copious amounts of takoyaki while executing an asian squat on the side of the road while you blokes sort out your hangovers.
    • I know one example is a anecdote not data, but I'm running the same Aeroflow 525 at full voltage through a regular relay, and while I've had other fuel problems including melting the factory fuel hat, the pump itself has been fine for years. Of course, they aren't *that* expensive these days, you could swap in a new one and see if the issue is resolve. I think you had a previous thread about fuel problems, have you been monitoring and logging fuel pressure? Is there anything voltage related (for example does the voltage go up when the pressure goes down)
